We Need Some Help

We are a small niche Engineering business. The basic entering invoices, Purchase Orders is all fine, and creating and loading sales invoices. Most Bank Payments and receipts are sorted, and we do Bank Recs ... though that is something for discussion.

I am a Chartered Accountant, well maybe was would be a better way to describe me, as basically now I am seeing electrical equipment. However I am mindful that I haven't done the accounts or cashflow for 4 months.

Our transactions are few but very LARGE.
