I am looking for support from candidates in Singapore and Hong Kong only.
I need someone who can slide seamlessly between day-to-day admin, payroll processing, and light bookkeeping so I can focus on growing the business.
Here’s what will land on your desk each week: • Preparing and formatting documents that match our house style. Emailing correspondence with clients and suppliers. Liaising with marketing contractors to produce online marketing campaigns. • Processing payroll accurately and on time, followed by generating the standard payroll reports I use for compliance • Handling core bookkeeping tasks—issuing and tracking invoices, logging expenses as they come in, and performing basic bank reconciliations We already have the software subscriptions in place; I’ll give you access and a walkthrough on day one. Accuracy, confidentiality, and clear weekly status updates are critical to success. If you have proven experience across these duties and can start shortly, let’s set up a quick call and get moving.
