Im a farmer & have made a planning application for a Agricultural House on my farm - the planning submisison must include a financial summary to confirm our profit / loss, income & expenses, which I have done from my book keeping & bank statements, it must show a profit >£18k for the 3 year period which it does - however Id like to include a covering letter from an accountant to confirm that its a financially healthy & viable business going for ward and require an accountant to look it over for a few hours & issue a strong robust, supportive covering letter to confirm.
