VAT Returns and company house returns - local or proximity to Milton Keynes

I am looking for someone locally who can come and help me out with pending VAT Returns of last 2 quarter (to be applied for refund of VAT against cost- as no sales). Also who can help me out with company house returns and deletion of company name.

Person needs to be from Milton Keynes or living in proximity so that I can show up the paper works and necessary task to perform. This is probably 4-5 hrs task for someone who knows what to do!

This is an one off task but I will need the assistance on regular basis - atleast once in 2 months.
