URGENT: LTD company accounts support - overdue accounts

I am looking for an accountant who can support us in getting our limited company accounting back on track.

We have some overdue filings, as well as having a set of accounts due at the end of July (although we would ideally like our filing period changed to better align with our business.

I believe we have the overdue periods mostly labelled and reconciled in Xero, however we also need to have VAT registration done, as we went over the threshold and still need to register, so transactions will need to be updated with VAT. I believe the incoming transactions can be bulk updated, and we will be able to manually update the outgoing that had VAT.

There may be a small number of transactions that we would like to discuss how to most appropriately classify.

Our priority is to get the overdue accounts submitted ASAP, and ensure we do not fall behind again, so we are also looking for ongoing support to keep things up to date. and manage VAT and PAYE going forward. We expect to do the classifications, but would also be interested in an accountant who can handle this for us as well.

As we need to get caught up on overdue accounts, we are looking for someone with immediate availability who can work quickly and communicate quickly.

I understand that there will be fees for late filing, but if there is anything that can be done to reduce these, we are open to sharing the savings if this is possible.
