UK tax advice required

I am looking for an accountant to advise me on some general questions with regards to paying tax in the UK. I have recently moved here from the Channel Islands and have never paid tax or NI in the UK before.

I am currently unemployed (but not without funds). I will be undergoing training in the new year for my new career and hope to be working by spring. I will be self-employed.

Going forward, I would like to maintain a relationship with you and employ your services to help file any necessary tax paperwork.

For now, I would like to employ you to in an advisory capacity to answer a few general questions that I have around;

(i) being self-employed

(ii) paying NI and tax in the UK

(iii) expenses which I can claim for - particularly at the moment as I am using personal savings to invest in my business start up
