UK Tax Accountant Wanted

Well hello there!

Looking for a registered tax accountant to help with required tax filings for our UK holding company. It is newly established and isn't going to have any transactions in the near term.

Please let us know what will be required and your fee structure for long term ongoing tax maintenance for this entity.

We're also considering a UK entity for some e-commerce operations (currently running through Hong Kong). We currently have minimal tax liabilities there which we rather like, but are looking at alternatives due to the increasingly unstable situation there. If you'd like to share your thoughts on tax liabilities for an e-commerce operations and how we may minimize them, we'd love to hear from you about this as well.
