UK company accounts

I have a limited company. This is not my main business but it has an income near £30,000

I have a spreadsheet With all income and outgoings.
This needs to be reconciled with bank statements and then accounts filed

Outgoings and expenses tally up higherthan income and need to be verified as legitimate
I have all the invoices and recipts

I can give a full overview of the business and Breakdown of costs.

The accounting period is 18 months.

I have invested personal funds in the busienss which I have taken back now.

Accounts once completed need to be amended at companies house and with HMRC.
