UK-based Accountant wanted

Hello,

I am a Locum GP and my wife and I are directors of our limited company. I am looking to change my accountant (must be UK-based). I don't do any bookkeeping myself at present but would like to do this using excel or software to save on costs.

I shall need help with:

Preparation of annual accounts, Tax computations and CT600 corporation tax return
Preparation of Annual Payroll (Salary for both directors)
Preparation and completion of Tax Return for submission to HMRC for myself
Preparation and completion of Tax Return for submission to HMRC for my wife
Dealing with share purchases/disposals

Please kindly provide a quote based on the above. Also I'm happy to pay an hourly rate (please let me know yours) if you can teach me how to do the bits that might be repetitive annually but may save me money in the long run.
