UK based accountant for ongoing support for my LTD company

I need a UK BASED! (Ideally London or someone who is happy to commute to London), Accountant (Junior is fine), to help work closely with me so I can ensure my LTD company is compliant financially and we can collaborate on growth.

It must be someone who I can meet face to face working in London who is at least an official junior accountant who has a genuine interest in finance that can help me grow my business by presenting new strategies for financial growth and compliance.

I want someone who can help spot problems and area's to save and grow but also someone who can give ideas how to solve them.
