UK Accountant - VAT, Self Assessment, PAYE, XERO

Hi there,

I am looking for some help with accounting.
I'm very late getting on top of my accounts and need someone to help me sort everything out.

Things i need right now are:
* Help with filing VAT --> Very late.
* Help with filing personal taxes. --> Very late on this too.
* Help with setting up accounting software, Xero etc. So i can keep up to date with the books etc, will need someone who can walk me through this and explain everything.
* Help with putting one person one PAYE, doing monthly payslips etc.
