Tidy up my Xero account

I have set up a Xero account for some basic bookkeeping for a rental property. I have encountered a few problems and would like someone to tidy it up for me.

What I need is:

One bank account removing from it and all its transactions

A couple of transactions added manually

The dashboard set up so I can see income from this property (more will be added at a later stage) directors loan account, account balance and anything that is relevant to the business (I don't issue invoices or sell things, I just get 6 payments per week for rent and a few ongoing bills going out)

Bank rule set up for each of the 6 tenants so that it sorts the transaction when they pay into the account.

I've not used this site before so if this is something you can help with then please let me know we can go ahead.
