We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to help drive our company's growth and success. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and create sourcing strategies that support short- and long-term hiring goals.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networks, and referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates based on qualifications and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews and provide guidance to hiring teams throughout the process.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
