Both partners have submitted personal tax returns for 2017-18 but was a bit of confusion on whether the Partnership was even successfully opened in the first place so a Partnership tax return was not submitted.

Now we are facing fines, we wish to submit the Partnership tax return as soon as possible and also close the Partnership and we are no longer trading.
