Submit accounts and tax returns for a Micro Entity

I have produced an Income Statement, Statement of Financial Position and Notes to the Financial Statements, for a UK Limited company using the micro-entity reporting standard (FRS 105). The accounts are in PDF format.

The accounts are very simple (with only 1 transaction) but I am unable to submit them online because of a dividend received from another company.

What I need
• Submission of Micro-entity accounts to Companies House
• Submission of Micro-entity accounts and Company Tax Return CT600 to HMRC
• Proof of submission to HMRC and Companies House

As this is the first financial year, 2 tax returns will need to be submitted (the first tax return will be for a dormant period).

The accounts will need to be submitted using accounting software (due to the dividend transaction mentioned above).

I would like to review and approve what will be submitted.
