Statutory and Tax Filing for Properties Investment Company

We are seeking a qualified accountant to prepare and file the accounts for a UK-based real estate investment business. The company specializes in acquiring and managing residential properties across the UK.

Responsibilities:

Preparing and submitting statutory and tax filings to both HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) and Companies House.

Working directly from the company's maintained bookkeeping records to compile necessary information.

Completing corporation tax computations and annual accounts.

Requirements:

Expertise in UK corporate and tax compliance, with a strong understanding of the statutory requirements for property investment firms.

Previous experience with real estate businesses is preferred.

Ability to ensure accuracy in financial disclosures and tax submissions to meet deadlines and avoid penalties.
