Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
My name is Cian O’ Broin.
I am a 37-year-old professional originally from Dublin and currently living in Barcelona.
My objective is to find someone who has a good understanding of the Spanish financial, banking, tax and revenue system.
I need their help to create a roadmap and strategy to build a good credit history and relationship with the banks in Spain.
My goal is to apply for a mortgage in about 3 years.
I have my own limited company in the UK where I pay taxes.
Most of my work is international and I travel a lot.
I have been considering moving my business to Spain, but it seems expensive and complicated.
I need to find the best strategy to pay more taxes in Spain, possibly by paying myself a salary into my Spanish bank account over a certain number of years to establish a good relationship.
I may also take some small loans and pay them off to improve my credit rating.
Currently, my business and personal banking is with Revolut, Business Revolut and Barclays Bank, and I have a joint account with my partner in CaixaBank in Barcelona.
However, I need to understand the Spanish banking and taxation system better to achieve my goal of applying for a mortgage in 3 years.
If you can help me or point me in the right direction, I would greatly appreciate it.
Thank you for your time.
Best regards,
Cian
