Simple bookkeeping for a one man band - also a landlord

I have down my own before but not very well and all in a block at year end. I would like someone else to do it for me this year and then up a system so that the work would be spread over the year. The business is small as I am part-time in employment. There are 2 properties - both on long term lets. I have an accountant.

I am fairly good at keeping receipts etc.

I would like to meet the individual once but would then be very happy to work by phone/email.
