Setup Sage 50 cloud Accounting and CIS package from scratch

I am the office manager for a small company (Abbotts Mechanical & Electrical Ltd), we supply heating and electrical services as a subcontractor. We work for two different contractors (Wates and Metropolitan), with 4 different agreed contracts. We are completely new to sage as a company, we had a member of sage visit our premisses in Enfield, However we felt the day was spent telling us what the programme could do, rather than actually showing us and physically helping us setup and input.

We are looking for someone to come in and physically set up 4 different invoice templates for the different contracts, help set up our 'products and services (as we have two prices for the same code), also to show us how to input each of these invoices on the system, and how to email these to our contractors.

I have set up sage bank feed, however we need to be shown how to input our expenses (receipts) and how to reconcile using bank feeds.

Basically we require someone confident in setting up sage from scratch, to come into our office in Enfield, London and set up our company on sage to make our tax digital.
