Set up Xero using previous years accounts

Our previous bookkeeper has not been able to carry on working with us and I need someone to finish setting up Xero so we can finish off last financial years accounts.

Essentially I want all the finalised previous years balance sheet & P&L loaded (FY 16/17) onto Xero so I can bring the books up the end of this previous FY. I also want a hand over session to go through the navigation of Xero.

There may be further work to get this years accounts up to date. So would also like fixed hourly rate for future work through PPH.
