Sage One - big banking mistake need help to sort!

I am new to Sage One.
I have accidentally disconnected the live feed to my bank account.
I reconnected it and then have a whole set of duplicated records. The majority of which I had already processed.
On a web chat with sage they told me to print out the recent activity. Log back into sage and Delete anything that’s on the printout from the banking screen. And process the banking transactions that you haven’t processed.
Which I have done. However at the bottom of the printout is a whole set of transactions that I had indeed processed previously.
I have approximately 100 transactions that I have now duplicated. And I have no idea how to rectify the problem. Sage web chat closed at 6 o’clock and I really only have this evening to sort my problem.
Do we have any sage one wizards out there that can help?!!!’
