Require A "NIL RETURN" filing to HMRC

After my previous accountant made a typo on my Corporation tax return for 2019. I have been advised by HMRC to file a "nil return" for 9 missing days from 22nd December 2019 to 31st December 2019. Ideally looking for a proven registered accountant to complete this task for me please. All details can be provided and currently require advise on whether to pay a penalty or appeal.
