Require a Financial for cast P&L 3 yr cash flow for a Pub/bar

Hello

In 2020 I will start to put together a BP for a Pub project in London, which I will attempt to crowdfund. I am looking for someone who has ALREADY done a pub related BP/Cash flow before.

I make it clear I require someone thats already done this and will understand the project requirements first hand, hence spending less time on the documents creation as I do not have a large budget.

This is on going work if the project is successful.
