An online multilingual voice over agency and marketplace is looking for an excellent bookkeeper.
Must be:
1. Highly proficient in QuickBooks Online.
2. Highly knowledgeable of US bookkeeping standards and GAAP.
3. An excellent communicator.
4. Reliable and honest.
5. At least 5 years of proven experience.
Your role in the company will be:
1. maintain company books
2. Perform/help with all bookkeeping-related tasks
3. Arrange and send 1099s to contractors
4. Generate financial reports on a regular basis
5. Generate reports needed for submitting tax returns
The ideal candidate will have experience working with an online marketplace.
