Refine financial accounting templates and reports for established business

We are a private school, established 6 years ago. Our financial reports have been produced with the absence of a financial director and we know are inaccurate, for example our P&L includes information for the wrong period. We are looking for someone with accountancy expertise to critical review of our current financial reports; new templates to be built; and a step by step guide to their completion to enable our team to do so competently going forward. We also also looking for help to expand our management reports to enable us to make future strategic decisions, such as the break even point of courses.
We are not looking for tax advice. Our payrol is out sourced and our current small finance ‘team are competent bookkeepers, but do not know how correctly account for the information.
