Reconciling of accounts & preparation of end of year accounts

I’m looking for a qualified and experienced accountant to assist with year-end financial tasks for my small UK-based limited company. The work includes:

- Reconciling the last 15–20 outstanding transactions in QuickBooks.
- Preparing and filing annual accounts with Companies House and HMRC.
- Assisting with the submission of our upcoming VAT return via QuickBooks.

Company Overview:
- Small limited company
- Approx. 67 transactions over the last financial year
~£34,000 in expenses
~£43,000 in income
- All records are maintained in QuickBooks

Ideal Candidate:
- Experience with QuickBooks software.
- UK accounting and tax knowledge, including VAT returns and company accounts
- Able to turn around work promptly and communicate clearly

Deliverables:
- Reconciled QuickBooks records
- Filed annual accounts and CT600
- Submitted VAT return
