Reconciling accounts help - Quickbooks

I'm trying to clear my accounts up at the moment. They haven't been officially reconciled since 31st December 2021... although I am sure the figures were in balance on 31st December 2022, and I have checked 2023 up til 30th September so far and the transactions all align with my bank statements as far as I can tell.

I need someone to help me figure out the discrepancies. Quickbooks says the beginning balance is wrong and some things have been changed since reconciliation.
