Reconciliation

I am managing a small company providing handyman services in Birmingham.
As our services depends on the personal issues of our worker, so our scales are quite small and I am doing most of daily entries myself. But as not specialist in accountancy, sometimes I make mistakes.
I wonder if you could help me initially with reconciliation and then potentially with some other bookkeeping business.
