Quickbooks - Book keeping entries

We (a property rental company, i.e. buys houses, renovates and then rent out) need bookkeeping entries into our Quickbooks account.
Work will be from an Excel spreadsheet download of our bank statements for year March 2018-Feb 2019. There are fewer than 10 entries per month, on average - about 116 entries in total. This will be the company's first accounts, and we will provide a "chart of accounts".
