Quickbooks 2021 Complete Clean Up/Organization for E-comm Co.

I am inquiring because I need a highly experienced bookkeeper with extensive QuickBooks Online accounting knowledge.

I need my QuickBooks account cleaned up and organized for the entire year, 12 months total (Jan 2021 - Dec 2021).

I would need you to have experience and know the best bookkeeping practices for an e-commerce product based business using Shopify.

There are: 2 bank accounts (one checking and one credit card). It is about 100-300 transactions per month (including sales, purchases, expenses) most likeley on the lower side of the the transactions. Sales are run through Shopify and Paypal. Expenses done on a business bank account with checking and a business credit card.

For each month we would need
a. review accounts
b. bank reconciliation
c. document and properly classify expenses/revenue/asset transactions based on bookkeeping rules
d. customize and organized standard reports

End Results:
1. Complete and Accurate Set of books for the entire year of 2021
2. Accounting/Bookkeeping standards manual (your way to record transactions)
3. Customized Quickbooks reports

We are looking for a pretty quick turn around time on this as we would like to get it done this week before the end of the year 2021. We can also offer assistance on the details of transactions and classifying transactions properly. Please get back to me with your knowledge, experience and agreement.
