Quick Books Reconcile

Hi, I've been having lots of problems with QB and in particular the reconcilliation. I have worked through the last two years and I still have a negative balance of 14k. I THINK it's something to do with when I've paid more than one invoice at a time to a supplier..... I have tried to work through it with the online assistants but take one step forward and ten steps back... I give up... Are you able to sort them out for me?
