What If I couldn't 45 score?

Hopefully I have misunderstood the Description, because it reads that you are happy to pay someone to take a test for you, so their results are passed off as yours? What possible point is there in doing that? If you aren't capable of achieving the scores yourself, you're hardly likely to be able to do whatever job requires that level of intellect?
Be interested to hear your rationale.

I am a registered nurse, healthcare, psychology and English language as well are some aspects I am confidently good with. Will you take the risk and give me this as my first task? I cannot send an proposal because it's limited and needs to be bought, I just started here and I'm hoping that someone out there can have some blind faith in me for skills I am good with as placed in my profile. My rate is minimum, but I guarantee the work done won't be.

May I know first what topic is expected before I can send a proposal? My proposal credits are limited and I do not have enough funds to buy some when it runs out. I am quite confident in my cognitive ability but as a preparation I have to be aware on what I'll be expecting to make sure your score goals will be met.

1) Does this aptitude test contain only one try where I have to aim for a minimum score of 45 or above?

2) What type of questions are we talking about here? Analytical, language, general knowledge, etc?

3) Do you need this test to be completed by today?
