Prepare year-end accounts for the Limited company

I have a Limited company and I need to submit my first year’s account.
I have the balance sheet and financial statements for the first 7 months, (prepared by an accounting company and they are not on any accounting software of excel sheets)
The bank statements and record for other 5 months are on excel workbook. The Last five month have 110 entries in total.
I need help on preparing the financial statement required for submitting the accounts to HMRC.
