Prepare set of accounts based on bank statements and incomplete accounting records

As a charity we depend on volunteers to carry out work for us and we were dismayed to find that the book-keeping work which we assigned to a volunteer has been completely neglected. We submitted whatever records we had to our accountants who can not proceed until a proper structured book keeping work has been carried out. The paying in slips and cheque book stubs are partially filled in and we are trying to collate sufficient infomation for the work to be done. the job requires someone competent in formulating accounts from scratch.
