I have 13 months of transactions in a list that needs organising into an annual submission to HMRC

This would be the companies first accounts submission

I am quite sure it is running at a loss for the first year but is now starting to make money. There is a directors loan account to also take into consideration.

First time I've done any of this - my bookkeeping should make this reasonably easy however..
