Prepare and File Annual Acounts for UK LImited Company

I need help to prepare and file annual accounts for my UK Limited Company, for 2 successive years:
- Last Year: only 17 transactions
- Current Year (closing the company): only 8 transactions

So that's two years, but a total of less than 30 transactions. 16 of them still need to be reconciled manually in Xero (they were imported automatically via the Transferwise feed)

Expectations :
- Complete the Xero reconciliation
- Prepare the accounts for both years in Xero
- File the accounts with HMRC
