PPC Review of our client's Adwords - with follow-up work

I need someone who knows what they're doing to carry out an audit of our client's (a hypnotherapist) Adwords account, thinking about their keywords, what negative keywords they should use, their targeted areas, etc.

They need to provide me with:
- a quick report of their findings (just bullet points is fine)
- a list of suggestions
- 4 Text Advert examples based on the above (if the current ones aren't suitable)
- a quote to implement the suggestions

No changes need to be made to the account for this job. Access to our Campaign Manager account will be provided. I will provide the person with some background information on the client.

If the person does a good job they will get a follow-up job to do the work and will then be our agencies PPC specialist. This is why I'm setting a low budget :-)

I don't mind where you're located, or your nationality, but please only people that are fluent in English...
