Fast growing startup in Property Management Technology

Job Description:
We need someone to do weekly reconciliations of our payments and invoices as well as match up receipts for VAT claims. Would prefer for this person to come into the office for one day to kick off work. Then can work remotely going forward, with monthly calls. The work will include:

Reconciliation of invoices
Reconciliation of payments from Receipt Bank to Xero
Reconciliation of GoCardless and Stripe clearing accounts
Reconciliation of all payments in business account in Xero, including accurately accounting for VAT payments

I'd like to have these reconciliations done on a weekly basis, which should only require a few hours of work each week. There will also be 3 - 4 hours additional work each month to reconcile month end invoices.

Requirements:
Strong Xero Experience Required
Strong experience with Receipt Bank
Strong understanding of VAT implications
Attention to detail and strong communication

Extra notes: We are a fast growing company, that has been doubling in volume every month for the past 12 months. We provide a fun and exciting work environment in a field that is constantly changing. Our offices are currently located near the Old Street station in London.
