Outsource Payroll & Accounts Preparation

We are a small but growing accountancy practice and are looking to work with an outsource service for Payroll and Accounts Preparation.

Payroll & CIS - we currently run approx 70 payrolls, a mix of weekly and monthly payrolls and to manage CIS submissions and reports. The majority of our payroll clients are are fixed salaries, however there are a few with hourly pay. We are looking for someone with experience of using MoneySoft payroll, auto-enrolment pension, and furlough arrangements, and who can provide liaise directly with clients and answer client queries. You will be given access to our remote hosted servers to access our software, and email platform for you to communicate with our clients.

Accounts Preparation - we are looking for someone to join our team to prepare accounts from our clients records, the majority of our clients use Xero platform, however some clients have Excel based records or other online packages. We will require the freelancer to produce digital accounts files, post necessary journals to Xero Experience essential in Tax Calc software package.

This role could suit one freelancer with the necessary experience, or two freelancers covering each role.
