Online Spreadsheet calculating Profit Shares to Content Creators

Our business runs a video platform. We partner with content creators (CCs) and share the net profit through various profit share profiles. We need an expert to create an online spreadsheet to calculate monthly payouts.

Key features:
- Calculate payouts from key inputs - turnover, costs, number of seconds viewed per CC and the % of the total seconds viewed per CC.
- Create the payout profiles to allocate to the relevant CCs.
- The profiles are currently 50%, 40%, 25% plus 25% share with a cap on costs vs costs and 50% share with a cap on costs vs turnover.
- Manage an initial 50 creators and easily add more with name and allocated profile.
- Review and management of monthly payouts
- an online tool to manage and share with the CCs.

If all of the CCs were on 50%, the calculations would be more straightforward. However, we do not believe the calculations are complex for an expert. It will be the presentation and layout that will be key.

NB - we are not experts in Excel, or we would do this ourselves! We need someone who understands what we need, is reliable and can communicate transparently.
