Office Bookkeeping in Xero

We need someone who is proficient with Xero to do our bookkeeping once a week. I estimate 2-4 hours a week depending on your capability. The work is pretty standard small company management but is very narrow since we use our CRM to operate our business. The only live work done on Xero is our aged debtors.

Here is an outline of the efforts involved:
1. We email all our reciepts and invoices directly to Xero so they need put through and we need notified when they need paid.
2. Our payroll is run by an outside organization and they upload the detail into Xero,
3. VAT filing
4. bank (2) & credit card (2) reconciliation,
5. aged debtor,
6. check alignment for our weekly deposits
7. Weekly journal entries & invoice importing (from our CRM) and verify accuracy.

You will work directly with me for questions and for any additional work that will be required from time-to-time.

Please specify your fixed availability on a weekly basis, e.g. every Friday morning, and a fixed weekly rate circa £80 per week.

This is a permanent and ongoing assignment.
