Need help with some Xero Transactions

I require assistance in appropriately recording the sale of business assets and goodwill within the Xero accounting software. I recently agreed to sell certain assets as well as the business goodwill to another entity. The transactions included £30,000 for the transfer of tangible assets and £20,000 for the sale of inherent goodwill associated with the ongoing operations. I'm trying to raise the invoice but I need to allocate the assets and goodwill to the accounts but need guidance on this. I will likely have a few other questions on this when it comes to balance sheet etc. All communication will need to be via email.
