Need financial statements for a holding company

I have a holding company that owns an active business (holding company owns 96% of that active business). It also did a couple of investments in other companies.

I need financial statements for 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022 for that company.

Shouldn't be too complicated because there is only 1 bank account, and all transactions we're fine via that bank account. There is a second bank account that was opened recently, but almost no transactions we're done there.

These statements will then be audited by a big4 so that I can apply for a loan. Ideally, would need a Chartered accountant.
