Need excel sheet wizard for data entry

Hi everyone

I need help populating an excel sheet for a charity grant budget. I have data that needs to go into the funders sheet and because I am not excel sheet savvy I am struggling to add rows or make changes to their sheet to add my info.

I have attached the document: Columns A to J are the Funders Columns, and L to N is data I need to input. The second sheet (Donors) also has info that should go into Cell AB17 - AB23 in the Budget Sheet.

I would appreciate the help as I have been staring at this for quite a bit. I say thank you in advance to all the responses that might come in.
