Monthly book keeping

We are a property management firm. I have a sophisticated spreadsheet built, but need to find a book-keeper who can take my raw transaction details and update the spreadsheet every month. Please write a little about yourself and I suggest I will select a couple of freelancers to send the data over so they can get a feel for it, so please dont ask me to send the accounts at this stage.
