Looking for an accountant to work with long term for my firm

I am looking for a qualified accountant to work with on a long-term basis to cover all personal and firm accounting responsibilities. These include:

- End of Year Accounts Submission
- Companies House Updates
- Annual Tax returns
- Corporate and Personal accounting advice i.e. best practise, VAT advice, and much more.

I am the founder and owner of Valhalla Sports LTD (thevalhallaway.com) and ecommerce sports retailer. I am looking to work with a freelance accountant that is experienced and qualified. The successful applicant needs to be able to draft and submit company accounts, as well help me with end of year tax submissions so that the company and I are always above board with the HMRC.

The chosen candidate will also have plenty of knowledge in regards to VAT; when to apply; Business Cars; when it's worth getting one; Bookkeeping; best practise for receipts and invoices etc...

Any proposal that does not include the answers to the questions will be ignored. If you are cutting corners in reading my proposal then you are not giving the best impression regarding your professionalism.
