Letting Agency Accountant

We are a letting agent that closed one limited company and opened another. We transferred all the business to the new one.
This was not done properly and the 1st year's accounts for London Online Estates Ltd are wrong. We only have the bank statements for the new company and not much else.

We are looking for an accountant that can be flexible and tolerate this and move on and compile our accounts correctly each year.
We are not VAT registered.

For the right person, we have other smaller businesses that we need the annual return and accounts completing.
