Labor forecast model projections

I have 3 different business units . Lab, Packaging , and Distribution. I can provide you the current number of employees in each. In addition I can send you the current volume of each unit. The lab will be based on total grams produced ,packaging and distribution data will be on total units packaged . Teammates work 7 hour shifts 5 days a week. . The staffing forecast must show the number of Teammates we need to add to our operation based on 1.5 x 2x 3x growth in the organization over the current and next fiscal year.
