I need someone to do monthly book-keeping for a sole trader company, using Sage 50

I'm looking for someone to do monthly book-keeping for a sole trader. I have previously kept the books for my husband's business, but now we are looking to outsource this as I don't have time. It's probably three hours of work (at most) a month as it's a very small business.

We'd want everything kept up to date, filed in a sensible filing system. Most of his "stuff" is receipts, so we'd have to post these monthly.

We would need invoice created too.

We'd want the bank reconciled each month and quarterly tax returns arranged.

We're looking for an ongoing relationship with someone who we can work closely with and who will do a great job (and also manage us - e.g. if receipts are missing or there are queries on the bank statement and so on).
