I need rental statements generated, I have rental statements that need to be drafted and seperated according to month and property income.
There are 4 tenants paying rent and its all consolidated to 1 statement, I need it revised for the owner so he can see the rental statement income per month for the past year and per property for the past year so that the statement is comprehensive.
All statements need a running balance, as well as the rental period for which the rent was paid.
